POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

A complimentary consultation gives us an opportunity to get acquainted with you and your pet and will include:

• Interaction with your pet and a chance to gather information about your
  pet's routine
• Completion of our Pet Information Sheet, including veterinarian information
• A chance for you to ask any questions you may have about our services

SCHEDULING:

Please contact us one week in advance of service date requested to be sure of availability.

Normal service hours range between 7 AM and 8:30 PM.

If you decide to have your keys kept on permanent file with us, you
may call for pet sitting services 8 hours in advance for future visits.

PAYMENT:

For new clients, payment in full is required at initial consultation.

For existing clients, payment may be left at your home for pickup when visits begin.
